Detailed, fun, got to meet a lot of fantastic smart people who care about the company and the folks working here. It was a full day of meeting the folks that I would be working with and reporting to (both dotted line and solid line). Got to interview with the CMO on the second day. All in all a great experience.

I had a very positive interview process at Jive. Things happened quickly, which is a very good thing. The first step was speaking with a very knowledgeable recruiter at Jive (phone screen), on a Monday. Once I was identified as a candidate they wanted to move forward with, a call was scheduled with the hiring manager for later that day. Following the very positive conversation with the hiring manager, in-person interviews were scheduled for later that same week. All of those interviews went well and an offer (which I accepted!) was sent to me on Friday of that same week. I was very surprised (in a good way), at how the hiring process at Jive was so quick and smooth, and by how much they had their act together. I also felt like a met with all the right people to help me make my own decision about working at Jive.

There were the regular questions that related to my experience. I was also asked how I liked to be managed. One nice thing was that everyone I spoke with also made sure to leave plenty of time for me to ask my own questions.

Interview process moved much more quickly than it does at other companies, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure my questions and concerns were addressed. Even one of the C-level execs took the time to speak to me even thought it wasn't necessary. There were some video interviews, which is quite common here. My experience with the recruiter was also much better compared to other companies and actually helped make the interview process easier.
