The interview was very easy. They asked me to introduce myself then they picked up questions based on whatever I said. After the interview they asked me to take the IQ test. The test was composed of 90 multiple choice items and 2 questions that should be answered with not less than 50 words each. It took an hour before I completed the exam then half an hour for them to check it. After few minutes they gave me a book and asked me to choose a topic and be ready for my demo teaching. They gave me 15 mins to prepare.
