After applying, I was called for a 1:1 interview with the Store Manager, which was conducted in the back room. I was hired on the spot. I can tell you after working for the company for almost 4 years that this was actually a little different according to JAB standards. Most interviews are conducted outside of the store, and will have a follow-up call if they are interested in hiring you.

very simple enjoyed the process, the hiring manger made me feel comfortable. the questions were relatable, and the manager offered lunch after the questions were asked. I feel like the process could do a little bit better on asking tougher questions. but I understand that for my position there has to be a range.
