Applied for a Science Writer position and was contacted by email by a staff member that asked if he could call me in two days for a phone screen. He did not call on the scheduled day. I emailed back and he set up another call date for the following week. On the set day, he sent me an email saying he was having trouble call me. I re-sent my phone number. He sent me another email - late that day-asking to re-schedule the call for the next day. I just saw this last email the following day and replied him as soon as I had a chance. I received a very impatient reply saying that the email had been sent the day before, that I was late in my reply, and that he had no time to speak to me any longer that day. I was never contacted back. I thought it was quite rude and unprofessional since he had been the one re-scheduling the interview more than once and I had been the one accommodating all the changes. I totally lost my interest in the company. I took this as an example of work ethics and overall organisation there.
