If you pass that, the next stage is that you have to send your resume, cover letter, essay of why a company should hire you and an introduction video, plus an english test and like a personality assessment. Once you pass that you finally get interviewed.

Several stages and they can go quiet for a while and expect you ready for the next interview in a short space of time. Other than that they are supportive and offer a relaxed atmosphere.
