Interview consists of four stages: 1) with HR manager 2) technical interview with 2 devs 3) whiteboard interview with a dev 4) interview with project and engineer manager Before I engaged in the hiring process I was promised the salary I requested and although I pass all steps of interview process they offered me salary that was below all my expectations. They explicitly agreed on the amount I've asked for BEFORE the interviews and never mentioned anything about me not 'qualified' for that particular salary during the whole process, but in the end they said that based on my locations (which they knew before we engaged in the process) and some other factors they cannot offer me agreed salary. They offered minimum for that role and I declined, of coruse. Waste of time for sure. Wouldn't recommend.

HR screener, after that I got ghosted. A company that seems quite toxic, I was told that there was a lot of change going on at the moment and that it was not a quiet place. Also that I should not expect to finish my day every day at the same time.
