I started a recruitment process at JobandTalent on April 2023. The recruiter sent me an invitation for a first call, 5 minutes before the meeting start, the recruiter cancelled it and changed the time for another slot at the end of the afternoon the same day, without telling me before. And then, she sent me a message while our first call should start, to reach out to me and apologize because she should postpone our call "again". I accepted her to reschedule something the next day. The day after, I join the meeting and waited during 20 minutes alone, no one joined me. The recruiter sent me a message later on to apologize again because she were into a situation blabla.... So I suggested maybe to have this first call with another recruiter if she got difficulties to attend ours meetings, but she wanted to participate anyway. So then, she schedule another meeting "again again", this time was the good one as we succeeded to meet each other. After 1 week, I didn't hear back from the recruiter, so I decided to send her a message in order to know what's going with my application, and she told me that she has to send my portfolio the the Head of Design and return to me when she'll get more infos from him. Never heard about them since this last exchange. I decided to move on with my others current processes, very disappointed btw !

I was contacted by one of the Senior Recruiters at JB. After the first contact, I did a little research here that suggested to me that after the first interview recruiters would ghost professionals-yet I wanted to believe it would be different. It wasn't. I had a first interview that was quite easy, clear and concise, where the recruiter explained to me the position, fit in the company and its salary range. She also informed me of the next steps. One day after this interview, I sent my portfolio and after a week I sent a follow up message, to which after one month I still have no answer. Be careful with this company, don't waste your time in vain.
