I was contacted on linkedin, post explore call TA team scheduled the interview with an engineering director, though on the last moment he kept postponing it for 2 weeks. Interview was good and interviewer was happy, though they didn't get back for another week on followup TA mentioned that they are not going ahead as they already have a finalist. How could you have finalist without finishing the interviews for all candidates in pipeline?
