The entire process was well organized and transparent. The HR was very helpful with all prior questions and shortlisting process. I had 2 rounds of interviews and a verbal telephonic interview prior to the first interview.

The overall process was smooth and quick, with 3 rounds
First was with Fahiza, the head recruiter to understand my background and fit.
The next round was with Adri Mallows and Tracy Nestor, Customer Success team Managers, that focused on competency-based questions and a deeper dive into my past experience.
The last round was also with Tracy and Adri, focusing on a presentation round followed by a few more scenario-based questions.
Tracy and Adri are one of the best management teams and come across as strong and humble leaders. They made me feel so welcome from the get-go, and not once gave me this feeling of being in an interview.
I have nothing but respect and admiration for both of them. Fahiza is one of those recruiters who takes her job seriously and is extremely proactive. She ensures you're not left hanging about any information or feedback. She dispatched my offer and contract within a day of the last round of interviews.
I can vouch that the customer success team is in amazing hands.
I only rejected the offer because I got a very competitive offer from a different firm but this is one of the best customer success teams and products you can work for in 2025.
