First I had a screening with a recruiter, then I had to complete a performance task. The performance tasks were based on project management. I did not make it to the next round after the performance task
Time intensive: initial phone screening with HR, then 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, then a performance assessment (2-3 hours), and finally a panel interview. I appreciated the focus on equity during the hiring process—which contributed to the time commitment via performance assessment—and the team's acknowledgement of that time commitment. Typically 10-15 minutes appropriated for a candidate's questions at the end.
