I applied online through my university's job posting site. Within a week I received an (unplanned) call from a recruiter who asked me a few questions about my skills and interest in the company, maybe took about 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, he invited me to meet his team in person later that week. In person, I spoke to a few lead recruiters, who asked questions about my interest in JS and explained a bit more about what they did and were upfront about potential salary + commission bonuses. Because my degree was not sales/recruiting related, one lead whom I spoke to was very pushy in the way she questioned my interest in sales, and blatantly said didn't think the position was right for me and suggested I stick to careers in my major. She gave me the business card of their manager and said that the manager would call me next week and that I had to "convince" him/her that I really wanted the position. A manager never ended up calling me, and I am quite content about that.
