Solid process. Applied online, met with the sales manager and then got asked later to meet with a sales controller who wanted to get me know better! Got offered the job a few days later. Everyone super friendly and welcoming

Colloquio
After seeing the post online on the company website, I phoned the manager. Although he was extremely busy he managed to take a 5 minutes out to have a chat. We arranged a day to come in and have a chat. The interview itself was quite informal with a few questions about my personal self and previous achievements. After a chat with the general manager, I went for a chat with the head of business where we discussed salaries etc.
