The interviewer was disorganized, uninterested, and all over the place with their questions, even asking the same questions except worded differently. The interviewer even admitted to this, but I still think it is unfair to the candidate.
interview consisted of a standard phone screen first round, followed by recruiter sending profile to the hiring manager, into second round 1 on 1 followed by two 1 hour panel interviews with 2 people each
