Met company representatives at SHPE 2017, had an interview the next day for an hour with a company representative at their booth. An onsite interview was scheduled the following week in Cedar Falls, Iowa at the power systems facility. The interview and review process is very structured and they are very organized compared to other companies. Was flown out and had a whole day program with two other people. The day started with breakfast with other EDP engineers, presentation about company and two different interviews, each one hour. A factory tour was arranged, followed by a tour of the community. The interview was behavioral questions with technical questions asked about project/work that you chose to answer with.
