I was referred to the position by an acquaintance and was called for an onsite interview 2 weeks later. The interview was not too complex but went really in depth in OOP and signal conditioning. Applied through their website and was called for interview a week after. I was Interviewed by phone, interview lasted for about an hour. Not to complex, but went really in depth in computer architecture and OOP

Got an on-campus placement at John Deere as a GET. The process consisted of an online assessment followed by a 30 minute interview to test your technical skills along with a couple of HR related questions. They ask questions related to your resume projects in the domain.
