The interview process initiated with the brief introduction of the company and the candidates were given test to judge their basic numerical ability and IT skills . After that there was an interview with the panel that lasted for about 45 mins. They asked from different range of questions regarding the skills as well as the hobbies of the person. There was one person was just observing the candidates about their behaviour during the whole interview.
