Scheduled me for 2 interviews on the same day, each were 1 hour with 2 people via Microsoft team video chat. They used the S.T.A.R. method which is a joke. It's basically questions on situations which may, or may not apply to your experience. The best way to answer a hypothetical question is to provide a hypothetical answer, so.....just make something up and keep it in their format. Don't spend too much time thinking of ways it applies to your experience, this method isn't concerned about that. I left the interview feeling like I didn't have a chance to speak about my accomplishments and still didn't fully understand the role I was interviewing for. I appreciate the fact that the interview process was quick and I received a phone call letting me know of their decision within a very reasonable timeframe.
