I had a series of on-site interviews, each with the manager and some team members from various engineering teams. John Deere uses the STAR method of behavioral interviewing, so they asked questions about my skills and problem-solving approach, and I would answer using examples from my previous work or school experience.

Realmente son preguntas promedio que muchas empresas realizan, lo importante es mostrar tu logica.
