Phone screen, in person interview following start methodology. Situation, Task, Action, Result. Very structured. Went through two rounds of interviews with various managers, including the person to whom I would be reporting to.

All questions followed the typical, tell me about a time when.. insert problem to be solved. What were the actions you took as well as result?
The entire process took about 2-3 weeks. I've went through 2 rounds in total. First with recruiters, then with the hiring manager. Clear communication in between and I received the offer about 1 week later.
