First round phone interview. Setup by a staffing agency. Interview was done as scheduled and on time. Did not clear the first round.
Horrible interview questions. Unrealistic questiins for a phone conversation. Disrespectful of the candidates time.

First of all interviewer started the interview as if she is recruiting for NASA program. Attitude was so bad.
Scenario based question which is really unrealistic to answer in a phone interview and definitely not a question for senior Salesforce developer. Not sure if I was missing represented by staffing agency

Call from recruiter was just fine! Moved to tech phone round, interviewer gave a speil about he doesn’t like straight forward tech Q&A and wanted to do scenario based questions.. was really confusing to understand the scenario and what I needed to answer, everything would end with ‘how would you Architect this?’ well the scenario was pretty big and not specific, when I tried to answer, would get cut off saying stop! Your digressing!
Asked about new SF features that released and just said what about LWC? - no idea what LWC is, maybe giving the full form would have helped - Lightning Component Fraework
