Overall easy interview process with two stages one is cognitive assessment followed by video interview of two questions like tell us aboutyourself, why john holland and how do you overcome workplace conflict.

The first task was Cognitive assessment followed by Behavioural assessment. Then you have a 2 one way video interview and Situational judgement. Situational judgement requires you to read a scenario and pick from the 4 options provided.
