After online assessment was invited to interview. We had to rank scenarios from most important to the least. No one to one assessment, was given an individual task afterwards for 20mins had to refer to John Lewis spirit whilst answering them

Group interview and scenario based task. Important to show teamwork and also leadership. 6-8 other applicants sat in a room with 3 managers who watched the process. Was presented with a task, had individual thinking time and then a discussion.

Colloquio
Firstly I did an online assessment which I had passed so was put through to the next stage which was a group assessment. This involved reading a scenario on your own for 5 minutes and then discussing as a group for another 20 minutes. You had to discuss which tasks you would do first and in order of priority while the assessor is sitting at the table watching everyone discussing the task. After this we had to do an individual task for 20 minutes which was three scenarios which could happen in store and for each you had to write how you would approach it.
