Applied online where you had to fill in a bunch of questions about what you would do in this situation and then was invited to a group interview a week later. First we had to complete a group task where we put in order things that we had been asked to do and other situations that arose to see what order we would do them. Then we had to complete an individual task were we had to advise two customers which products they should buy based on a description of what they wanted. Finally, we had to fill in a form stating what hours we could work and other basic information.

It was a group interview where we had to read several scenarios, make individual notes, and then discuss possible solutions with the rest of the group. The assessed part was the group discussion, which was challenging because some of the other participants were very loud and overly confident. This made it difficult to share my points without feeling like I was interrupting or coming across as rude. There was also no one-to-one interview at the end, so my performance was judged entirely on how I interacted within the group.
