The application asked for a lot of personal info that seemed unusual/borderline not allowed to ask. I received an email a few days later to schedule a phone call. After the phone call I was told I would get an answer by the following week.

She didn't ask me much. She just talked about the company a lot. It was very quick. I was supposed to hear back the week after but I never heard back after that. Completely ghosted
