On-line application took some effort as Resume import did not format well. Phone interviews by HR and unit of hire--whole process took about 6 weeks even though I had worked with the group before and the knew my work was sound. Apparently, the HR process is step-by-step regardless of who makes the recommendation to hire. It was fine--it was just going through the bureaucratic paces.
