After completing it, I was immediately requested to build a full-stack project (Angular frontend and .NET Web API backend) within a tight deadline. I delivered a production-ready, well-architected GitHub repository in 48 hours. Since mid-May, despite a polite follow-up pointing out that the job was being actively re-listed on SEEK, I have been completely ghosted. Experiencing absolute silence for weeks after investing significant senior-level technical effort is deeply unprofessional and demonstrates a flawed engineering and recruitment culture.
