Scheduled with AI (very easy). Interview was the most unprofessional that I could imagine. The initial interview was held with 2 people (one of which would be a peer, which I am all for but not as a first round) and the hiring manager swore multiple times during the interview and spent a lot of time bragging about himself and qualifications and how he wrote the job description and asked how I liked it. Any direct question about his leadership style or the role he deflected to the "peer" in the interview. Vague questions were asked and when answers were given, the question was just repeated (apparently looking for me to change my answer). I have interviewed and hired a lot of people in my career, and I firmly believe that the leader for this position probably needs an interview coaching session (but he may just end up bragging about that in his next interview).

Actual questions can be found on internet. Johnson hires outside sales consulting firms to put the actual questionaire together. This is true for the phone interview process do some homework on the internet you will amaze them. Ask tough questions on sales commissions and sales processes.
