Fill in special forms about university level and work experience -> then HR interview with HR manager it was mainly about what I'm doing now ,why I want to change my job , what's my salary expectation -> Interview with General manager , short presentation about the new company and the new role where they need new candidate -> then a technical discussion with technical managers -> at the end plant tour .
