There are three stages in the interview process. The first stage is a phone interview with HR where they will try to assess your suitability for the position. The second stage is a 30 minute phone interview with the manager. This round will be technical and quite fast paced. The third stage is an in-person interview at Sunbury. There is an exam/quiz that lasts for an hour or two. The questions are mostly related to analog design, semiconductors, and digital logic. Pretty much anything from your undergraduate modules is fair game and should be expected on the quiz. You will be asked to solder a circuit on a stripboard so practice your soldering skills. After the quiz and the soldering task, the manager will ask you to talk about any projects or work experiences that you have listed on your CV, and will give you an opportunity to ask questions. At the end, the manager will give you a tour of the place. If everything goes well, HR will get back to you in a day or two with an offer. Overall, the interview process is well structured and moves in a relatively quick pace.

After an online assessment, students were shortlisted for Interview. Interview had two rounds, 1st was technical which lasts for 35-40 mins where they asked basics of electronics and resume based questions. After half and hour of this, we got list of selected candidates for next round, and 2nd round also happened on the same day. 2nd round was around 60-70 mins where they asked power electronics questions, deep questions on project again and electrical Networks.
