TL;DR Summary = Run far away from them. It was the most disorganized interview process I've ever been apart of. I'm embarrassed for this team and the process I participated in. How they are experts in safety, but don't know how to follow a basic process is comical. I was contacted by the "Senior" Recruiter to apply & interview with the local team and never spoke to the Recruiter. It was the first red flag of scheduling me to go on-site without speaking to anyone in recruitment, but proceeded because they are a reputable company (or so I thought).. After the on-site, I inquired on my status with the local team and the "Senior" Recruiter responded with, 'Who did you interview with? What day and what job?' I had to find out the the people's names and info because she did not know who I met with (she works there!) The recruiter was completely unaware of what stage of the process I was (after 3 rounds). I was continually giving her information to update her. The last straw was the 3rd round when neither the local team or the Recruiter knew where I was in the process. Today, I reviewed my application in their system and it still shows I'm interviewing yet the process is long over. Needless to say, it was the wrong fit amid such disorganization.
