Did not have to provide much beyond CV and describe my experience teaching. I did have to demonstrate my teaching abilities in the classroom. The Dean of the English Department wanted to hear about my teaching philosophy and example of what challenges I had had in the past and how I overcame them.

Very clear communication, the steps were outlined, responses were prompt, and the interview was professional and productive. It is close to the best interview process I've experience over my career.
