Colloquio
1st phone interview - 30-60 min - reviewed your CV, asked about previous roles and cherry picked a few lines from resume to provide more details. Detailed technical screening with probing my research about Johnson Matthey. Provided time for asking questions. Explained further steps of recruitment process
2nd F2F interview - 1,5-2 hours - Competency questions (your best, your worst, examples of dealing with stress etc). Similar questions were rephrased and asked in a different way to see if I could bring other examples and to check if the behavior is the same.
After the offer was negotiated and accepted a long process of security screening took place with a rubbish 3rd party company who are not bothered about timelines and need constant chasing.
