Applied through using my CV and had to answer three questions roughly 300 words each. Was invited to an assessment centre (full day). Did a series of group tasks and finally had an 1 hour interview at the end of the day.

Tell us a time you worked as part of a team?
Most difficult time at university and how you handled the situation?
They did not show up for the interview and after phoning them they asked to reschedule. After this, the competency interview was quite nice. Strangely, despite the email saying the technical presentation would be during the technical interview, they only asked for it during the competency interview, again apologising for the miscommunication. Felt quite unprofessional.

Colloquio
Lunch and tour, 1 hour technical interview and 1 hour non-technical interview. Two interviewers for each (total of four different interviewers). Technical was fairly basic chemistry but they pushed you a lot.

Technical: Gave me an organic compound (Butanoyl chloride I think) and asked me to give reagents to create five other compounds from it (like butanoic acid etc)
