I had to present a 10 minute presentation on any relevant science/engineering topic of my choice relating to the job. Then followed technical and competency questions involving 3 panel members asking different sets of questions.

2 hr interview began with HR asking general question about you, personality and skills and second part technical interview about my previous role and what the new role required. Also, scientific questions and technical principals.
