After they reviewed my resume/cover letter, I was invited in to take one of their aptitude tests that they actually give clients. They had me take one called graphoria, where they timed me for 6 minutes to get through a packet of number comparison questions that test clerical accuracy skills and a fairly short vocabulary quiz (think SAT level words). Unfortunately, my graphoria score ranged average and they were looking for above average, so within a week they told me I would not be moving onto the next interview process, but they were very professional and considerate through the entire experience.

The interview process with JOCRF takes several different visits. Some of the actual testing used by clients is completed by the interviewee, and interviewee aptitudes are also used in conjunction with more formal interview questions to select the right candidate.
