Process began with a 30' phone screening with relaxed, conversational-type questions, one of which asked for preferences of where in J&J you wanted to work. Next phase was a recruiting mega-event - I guess about 400 candidates from all over the world - lasting 2 days in a hotel. Before the event different J&J companies screened your resume and then booked you for an interview, so that when you got to the event you had an interview schedule in blocks of 1 hour. There were also sessions where you learned about the Credo and interviews where they pose an ethical challenge. A couple weeks after the event I received an offer from the local affiliate and then I had to negotiate salary from the initial offer.
