Very professional environment. Location was in Raynham, MA. Interviewed with four people. Two directors, the hiring manager and a person that would be mentored by who ever was hired. Great overview was given. I was honestly a little surprised to be interviewed for the position as it was requiring significantly more experience than I have. No behavior questions. Was asked what the last book I read was. I really vibed one of the directors didnt like working there when I asked what the best part of the job was.

Usually 2 interviewers in the room, asking differing questions. Takes an hour and usually 4 questions in the interview before taking any questions from yourself

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
