More focused on soft skilss and motivation. I came from non healthcare background. Asking general understanding of the healthcare indsutry

There would be 3 round interviews, including:
1. Regional HR phone screen: 1 hour.
2. BU Head and HR Director video interview: 1 hour.
3. GM video interview: 1 hour.
