Il processo di selezione è durato tutta la giornata. Il colloquio è stato condotto con più candidati contemporaneamente. In un a prima fase sono state somministrate prove psicoattitudinali e di lingua inglese. Successivamente si è passati ad una prova di gruppo in cui è stato simulato un processo decisionale.
Nel pomeriggio si sono svolti colloqui individuali motivazionali, tecnici e di lingua.

Usually 2 interviewers in the room, asking differing questions. Takes an hour and usually 4 questions in the interview before taking any questions from yourself

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
