Short interview by phone by HR staff member and called for interview on site with Production Manager and HR representative. Straight forward review of my CV, asked about what I knew about company and why I wanted to work for De Puy. Interview went OK and I was not sure if I would be called back for the second (which was to be final) interview. About a week later, I was told that there were a number of candidates that had skills and experience more relevant to the vacancy.

I had a first contact to know my skills and carreer objectives and after this I could participate in a profile presentation to HR specialist and Production Manager in english to show my language skills and explain better my work experiences and results.
