The first phase I had to record myself answering 3 typical interviewing questions. I had some attempts and it was an easy step. Next, I was invited for an interview in Teams with the Manager and Coordinator for a simple conversation abou the company, job and myself. It was an easygoing interview process overall.

Alles online en geautomatiseerd, geen enkele persoonlijke tussenkomst/contact gegevens, zeer onpersoonlijke procedure, vooraf moeten kennis testen gemaakt worden via een extern programma, geen enkele verdere informatie, duurde enorm lang tegen er iets van antwoord kwam

The first stage was the phone call with the recruiter, the second one - interview with the manager and 30 min excel test. The whole process took about 1,5 months.
