I applied through Rutgers Career Knight and got an invite to an on-campus interview where I was asked straight forward behavioral questions about challenges I face as a student and how I overcome them and questions about how I deal with situations in a team setting.

Please give an example of a time in which a team-mate was not performing. What did you do/say to improve the situation?
I met with the recruiting team on campus, and applied on their booth. Then I got the interview in the afternoon on the same day. There were two interviewers. Both were extremely friendly and nice.

Interview located on campus after career fair. I had the opportunity to elaborate and describe the experiences listed on my resume and I answered various behavioral questions. They were very friendly and eliminated any stress from the interview process.

I had a on phone interview at first. And then after, I had an in person phone interview. The overall process was not difficult. The recruiters made sure to follow up and be timely on their notifications and updates.
