Recruiter reached out and verified my background as well as telling me about the company and the overall interview process. The hiring manager then had a 45 min call with me and had very technical questions regarding various aspects of quality and where my experience was. A panel of 5 individuals then interviewed me. This was a bit unstructured and appeared to be questions that were come up with on the spot. A final interview as with a director where I again got to ask questions about JnJ as a whole and was asked about my background and reasons for wanting to join the team and where I saw myself in 5-10 years
