      Video, assessment, and then a couple of panel interviews. The video interview was simple with only three questions. The assessment was specifically for the role I am in, I am not sure other positions require an assessment.

      The process was multi-stage and extended over several months. I initially received a message that my qualifications were aligned but not an exact match. Several weeks later, I was unexpectedly invited to complete a one-way video interview, followed by an in-person interview with two Leads at the Toronto site. The final outcome was communicated approximately one month after the last interview. The one-way video interview involved recording answers to pre-set questions. You were given up to three chances to re-record each response, which helped in formulating thoughtful answers. That said, it can feel awkward, especially if you're not used to speaking on camera or watching yourself back. For the in-person interview, the office environment was modern and well-kept. As the interviewers were running slightly behind, I was directed to wait in the on-site cafeteria, where I was invited to help myself to coffee or tea. While there, I observed small groups of employees taking casual meetings and chatting informally, which gave the impression of a collaborative and approachable workplace culture. Pros: • Interviewers were experienced and professional, with relevant and well-structured technical questions • In-person interview offered valuable insight into the role and site environment • Direct follow-up (not automated) from the team was appreciated Cons: • One-way video format lacked real-time interaction and felt unnatural at times • Significant time gaps between application, interview stages, and final decision (over three months from initial application to final response) • No proactive status updates between stages, which created some ambiguity for candidates
