First was a recruiter screen, then an interview with the lab manager, then the team. Overall great but second interview seemed hectic since interviewers were going in an out of the meeting. Made me feel a bit stressed

First step is the digital interview it happened after 45 days of submitting the application. 3 questions were asked and reply should be recorded and sent (re record is possible for 3 times). Second interviewed by partner hiring team, Questions include things about job experience and about myself. It happened after 30 days. Now Hiring team wrote me that they choose the person from internal. Full waste of time. Follow up and 3 months of waiting is wasted.
