Good process with technical rounds. It was probably a total of 3-4 rounds with screening call from program director then calls with various team members. They had some preset questions about technical topics and other just resume based questions.

It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.

Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
