Applied for "Project and Change Manager" position, which was later changed by the company to "Entry Level Project and Change Manager". First interview was a 30 min phone call with a recruiter asking a list of screening questions. Second interview was 2.5 hours on site which consisted of a presentation assignment, and 2 - one hour interviews with the hiring teams. I thought the interview went very well, but I did not receive an offer, nor any feedback upon request. The process in total took about 5 weeks from application to rejection.
