Started with a phone conversation with the Head of P&C who was replacing herself for a contract role. The next stage was a meeting with the CFO. I asked the Head of P&C what to expect in the interview (over email) and got no response, Then I received an invite intended for a different applicant. Then I had a short interview with a very disinterested CFO who told me the culture component of the role was unimportant. I then never heard back. It was a really shambles of a process.
