I think 4 steps and one of them being a project. However after the second interview I had to stop as I was shocked of how low the salary was. They were hiring for a manager position and were paying the same as an intern in London. I felt like they were taking advantage of covid times. I don’t think saying that they focus on other benefits is an excuse, specially as I am not eve money focused when it comes to jobs - but there is a line.

the process was long but felt very thorough. a video interview and then on site intereview with chief of staff. after that a home assignment. then an interview with one of the founders. another interview with the CEO after that calls with references
