Very casual and comfortable one to one interview. I was called into the office and asked to answer simple questions about retail in general. I was then asked some basics facts and information about myself and how I would handle situations. I was then given information about the company and told I would be called back if I was successful.

Colloquio
It was face to face, answered questions on customer service and current fashion. The process was straight forward and people were nice. Answered a number of questions on the workplace and working in a fast pace environment.
Sat down with the assistant manager, he asked me about my experience and my strengths and weaknesses, showed me the stock room and gave me a test to find a pair of shoes, then said he would call me back if I got the job.
